Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered between Payscribe Limited ("we", "us", or "our") and you to govern your access and use of Payscribe websites, services, and applications (collectively the "Service").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, agents, and others who access or use this platform.
We are an independent contractor for all purposes, providing this website and services on an independent service provider basis. We do not control or assume liability for the products or services paid for with our service, and we do not guarantee any user's identity or that a buyer/seller will complete a transaction.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on behalf of that organization and represent that you have authority to bind it.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Payscribe and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Service may evolve, change, or be discontinued in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.
Materials on our website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Payscribe does not warrant that website materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may change materials at any time without notice.
To use certain features, you may be required to provide personal information (such as name, location, phone number, email, date of birth, National ID, and bank information). You confirm all information provided is accurate and authentic, and agree to update us when it changes.
You authorize Payscribe (directly or via third parties) to perform reasonable inquiries to verify identity and protect against fraud, including querying public reports and linked bank account information.
If you believe an unauthorized or problematic transaction occurred, you must notify us immediately. All payment-related claims must be made within 24 hours of payment; otherwise, claims are deemed waived to the fullest extent of law. Transaction details/ID are required for dispute resolution.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly transact with or provide services to children under 18.
We are not liable for damages or interruptions caused by malware, phishing, spoofing, or similar attacks. Use reputable security tools and verify communications by signing in directly to your Payscribe account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Use strong passwords and do not disclose them to third parties. Notify Payscribe immediately of any security breach or unauthorized account use.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. If you object to any change, you must immediately stop using our website and services.
The Service may include links to third-party websites/services not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, and your dealings are solely between you and those third parties.
Service may be subject to internet-related limitations, delays, and communication issues. The company is not responsible for resulting delays, transaction failures, or related damage.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Payscribe and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms/laws.
You must use Payscribe only for lawful and authorized purposes and comply with all applicable laws.
Prohibited activities include:
